We believe we have a unique ministry in our area and invite you to come and see.
So much emphasis today is placed on "nickels and noses" while so many people are searching and suffering. We see the need for programs only as they meet the needs of individuals.
A good church must be balanced with ministries for everyone and relationships that bring hurting people together in times of crisis. We believe every Christian has a place of service because each one has been uniquely gifted by God for the particular work to which He has called them.
Leadership's role is to equip the members for that work. You will find us to be genuine, real people. We are by no means a perfect church or perfect people. But to the best of our ability we will welcome you to our fellowship in a spirit of love and grace without respect to persons.
We love the Lord Jesus Christ, and those He brings to our ministry.
In the verbal, complete inspiration of the Old and New Testaments and hold them to be the inerrant Word of God, the supreme and final authority.
In one God, Creator of all things, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
That Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, and is true God and true man. He lived a sinless life and died for our sins according to the Scriptures - as a representative, substitutionary and complete sacrifice. He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven and is today our High Priest and Advocate.
In the Holy Spirit who came forth from the Father and Son to convict the world of sin, of righteousness, and of judgement - to regenerate, sanctify, baptize, and empower all who believe in Jesus Christ. He indwells every believer in Christ, and is an abiding helper, teacher and guide.
5. That man was created in the image of God, that he sinned and thereby incurred not only physical death, but spiritual death, which is separation from God; and that all human beings are born with a sinful nature, lost, without hope, except in His sovereign mercy and grace.
6. That salvation is received by faith alone in the Lord Jesus Christ. All who trust in Him alone are justified and assured of eternal life by His shed blood.
7. That Christians are called to live a holy life of service and testimony for the glory of God and the well-being of their fellow man.
8. The universal Church embraces all true believers. It is the body and bride of Christ, formed by the baptism of the Holy Spirit. The local church consists of a community of believers in Jesus Christ, baptized on a credible profession of faith and associated for worship, work and fellowship.
9. In the imminent coming of Christ for his Church and the visible and personal coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to establish his worldwide Kingdom on the earth.
10. In the bodily resurrection of the righteous and the unrighteous; the righteous to everlasting communion with God - the unrighteous to everlasting separation from God.
11. That Satan and his demons are about the business of attempting to destroy the power and work of Christ, and the authority of the Word of God.
12. The ordinances of the church, given by our Lord, are baptism and the Lord's Table.
13. In the great commission our Lord gave to His Church, which is to evangelize and make disciples of all nations, and that this is the great mission of the Church.

Grace Community Church is called to reach as many people as possible for as long as the Lord allows us to serve. We are dedicated to the Life and Leadership of Jesus Christ, and the full expression of his love to others.
We welcome spiritual seekers whom we define as people with questions, concerns, and major issues related to spiritual matters. Seekers are intrigued by what they hear about Christianity, but far from settled in regard to their conclusions. Our desire is to communicate the life change that God alone does in the heart of every sincere seeker.
We welcome believers who desire to progress toward full maturity in Christ. Through celebration, prayer, laughter, Biblical teaching, service, and genuine friendships, we strive to become a community of hope. Our goal is to make Sunday the best day of the week, as well as inspire each of us to live a life of purpose throughout the week.
We do not expect people to come to us complete, but to join us in the process of becoming created anew by God. By God's grace, we anticipate a great future reaching people one heart at a time.

Our Core Values
Core values are the principles or standards we embrace which define the things we consider important, worthwhile or necessary for life to be meaningful, fulfilling and productive. Whether it be good health, a comfortable lifestyle, or a close relationship with God, the core values we adopt define our character and dictate the choices we make in life and ministry.
Our values will describe what we as a church consider to be important, worthwhile and desirable.
Our values will define our character as a church.
Our values will determine the type of impact we hope to make upon our community.
The first of these foundational core values is that ours is to be a church where GRACE is in place, modeled and released. The key lies not in the methods we adopt but in the environment we create. An environment where ministry is free to flourish. Grace lies at the core of everything we are and everything we enjoy as the people of God. Yet churches have too often created an environment where guilt flourishes more than grace and legalism more than liberty. Grace releases people to God and frees them to become what He desires them to be.
Next, a place where our service for God is done with EXCELLENCE by people who live under the authority of GOD’S WORD and are committed to building their lives around the Word of God without reservation, apology, or compromise.
In addition, a SAFE PLACE where people are built up with our unconditional LOVE, acceptance, affirmation, and approval rather than torn down by our demands, expectations, guilt, condemnation or criticism. Delivering quality teaching and preaching and music is not enough. It is not even enough that people sense God’s presence when they come to church. People hunger for love. If we want to change from a Teflon church to Velcro church, we must love people. They want to experience God’s presence in our worship services, God’s truth in our teaching and God’s love in our fellowship. They want us to represent God to them. They want us to accept them the way God accepts them, in spite of and aware of their sins.
What we do in life is not nearly as important as what we want to be. BEING is much more important than doing, for it relates to our character, who we really are. It has to do with intangibles, the kind of people we become down inside, much of which cannot be measured by objective yardsticks, goals, bottom-lines, programs or the size of a church. But being will ultimately outdistance doing every time. It may take a lifetime to perfect, but it's far more valuable, lasting, and inspiring.

Every service is designed to edify and encourage you in the Lord. Through our friendly atmosphere, warm fellowship, variety of musical styles, practical teaching and application of God's Word, you will be built up, not beat up.
We are a non-denominational Bible church which is neither legalistic, nor charismatic. We are sound in the faith, yet relevant in the practice of it.
We enjoy our relationship with the Lord. We believe church should be the most beneficial experience of your weekly routine. It should help you, not hurt. You don't need constant whippings, continual side shows, or to get lost in the crowd.

Just as Jesus used stories (parables) to communicate His message to His 1st century audience, we use modern means (stories, contemporary music, drama, video) to communicate God's Word to the 21st century American audience. Just as Jesus spoke in the common language of the people using examples from everyday life, each Sunday's message is tailored so you can readily understand and apply the life-changing truth of the Bible.
Since most people don't listen to organ music on their car radio, we utilize a worship band that plays a style of music closer to what you probably listen to on your way to work. Even traditional hymns are set to modern rhythms and instrumentation.
We blend contemporary worship arrangements and traditional hymns. The words to the songs projected onto a screen. All services have the same message expressed through different worship formats. Our goal is that we would all be inspired and equipped for service as we spend time in God's presence and as He speaks to us through His Word. We do not have regular Sunday night or Wednesday night services. Instead, we have "Care Groups" (small groups) that meet in homes all other evenings.

It's not to build a great church, but to build great Christians. To communicate the truth of the Christian faith in a way that applies to daily living.
We're more concerned about building and strengthening families than we are about erecting more buildings.
We're not as concerned about "numbers" nearly as much as we care about people. Individuals are much more than another statistic on a roll in our Church.
We desire to be a church that embraces the rich heritage and the traditional values of Christ’s church, in the context of a culturally relevant/contemporary church model unencumbered by man’s traditions. To be a church where the truths of God’s Word are taught unencumbered by denominational or society’s restrictions.
